Luxury Serviced Apartment and Villa by EUPE Corp in Seputeh

 has a new Serviced Apartment and Villa project coming up in Seputeh. The leasehold 3.2-acre commercial land is located next to the Japan Club of Kuala Lumpur and the KTM railway line is running next to the site. The land is also slightly elevated and enjoys unobstructed view of Mid Valley City and KL city. The development will consists of 2 blocks of serviced apartment and 3 villa blocks with a total of 872 units. The two apartment towers will be 50-storey tall. The name and selling price of the development is yet to know, but as a comparison, Setia Sky Seputeh in the vicinity is selling at average RM1,300 psf. The sales gallery will be located at Old Klang Road, opposite the Saville Residence.

The land was purchased from Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) for RM45 mil (RM325.80psf). The land purchase was initially announced in Dec 2013 but the deal was only completed on 13 September 2016 due to delay in fulfillment of conditions by DBKL.
