Binastra Land is eager to duplicate the success of Citizen @ Old Klang Road following its successful 93% take-up rate by acquiring the land next to it for Citizen Phase 2 project. The freehold land, measuring 3.415-acre, was previously owned by United Accomplishment Sdn Bhd, a company from Perak.
