Eastern and Oriental Berhad (E&O) launched its final batch of residential properties – known as Ariza Seafront Terraces at Seri Tanjung Pinang 1 in March 2017.
The project features 35 units of 2.5-storey freehold terraced houses with built-ups ranging from 3,236 sq ft to 3,526 sq ft, and prices starting from RM2.19 million. Phase one comprising 33 units was launched in 2009 and fully sold. The developer estimates the gross development value of the project to be RM90 million and it is scheduled to be completed in March 2019. It is located next to E&O’s Sales Gallery, a mere 5 minutes walk to the Straits Quay retail mall.
Amaris Terraces By-The-Sea is another project by the developer that has currently 65% sold since it was launched in December 2016. The project comprises 3 storey terraced houses incorporated with an elevator and built ups start from 5,262 sq. ft. (intermediate unit) to 6,540 sq. ft. (corner unit) with a starting price of RM3.68 million.
According to the developer, the spaciousness of these 3-storey freehold homes and the inclusion of an elevator are ideal to accommodate ‘multi-generational’ living.
