TC Goldyear Sdn Bhd, a company owned by Yuk Tung Group, proposed to build 990 units of serviced apartment at Salak South Garden, next to MEX Highway. The freehold project sits on a 4.5-acre land. The developer has applied to convert the land from residential to commercial.

The proposed development will comprise 4 blocks of 29-30 storey towers. The facilities floor will be located at Level 8, on top of the 7-storey car park podium. Total units of serviced apartment is 990 units. The project is located in close proximity to MRT2 – Taman Naga Emas station. The land was previously owned by a company called Super Advance Development Sdn Bhd.

Yuk Tung Group was incorporated in February 1997 as a property development company. Other developments undertaken by the Group include Court 28@ KL City, Central residence and Crowne Plaza at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng.
