The proposed development, called Inspirasi Mont Kiara sits on a 2.93-acre leasehold land at Jalan Kiara 4. The site is adjacent to proposed Ardena Mont Kiara by Weida Bhd. The land has been converted from residential to commercial. The site is fronting Jalan Kiara 4, which is yet to be built.
