The site is located within the vicinity of KLCC and is within walking distance to both the KLCC and Pavilion KL. The freehold site, measuring about 1-acre, is located opposite former German Embassy site (MRCB to undertake redevelopment) and adjacent to proposed Imperial Lexis project by KL Metro Group.
The proposed development will have a 44-storey single block housing the 348 units. It will also have 3-storey basement car park and 6-storey car park podium. Facilities floor will be located at Level 7. The project is still in planning stage. A development proposal has been submitted by the developer in April 2017 for approval.
