Fresh from acquiring the site from YNH in May (you can read about the land purchase here), UOA has submitted a development proposal to develop the site into a 54-storey service apartment with supporting retail floors. The total no. of units of the proposed serviced apartment is 1,559 units and will be located from level 9 to 54. Link bridges have also been proposed to link the developments with other developments in the surrounding.
The development is sited in between the under construction Novum Bangsar South (Eupe Corporation Berhad – Chin Hin Group JV) and SouthView Residence by UOA. UOA paid RM81,092,748 (RM777 psf) for the land in May 2017.
