BTHomestead plans to launch their next condominium project in Dutamas in 2018/2019. The land, measuring 2.5 acres, is located opposite 28 Dutamas, which is also a development by BTHomestead. 28 Dutamas has around 86 unsold units (out of 250 units) as of to-date.
