The vacant open car park land next to Coco Steamboat Old Klang Road will be developed into a condominium development.
Little known developer, Fancy Line Realty Sdn Bhd, has proposed to build 147 units of condominium at the site currently used as open car park next to Coco Steamboat restaurant. The proposed development comprises of a 27-storey tower with 8 levels of car park podium and 3 levels of basement car park. Located behind the site is Residency V by Kerjaya Prospek. An upcoming project known as UNIO @ KL South (read here) will also be developed by AikBee Group, the developer of Pearl Point and Pearl Suria at the site occupied by Coco Steamboat restaurant and the vacant land behind the restaurant. Exsim Group will also redevelop the RapidKL Depot located across the site into serviced residence (read here).
