A 51-storey office suites will be built on a 1 acre site located next to Solaris Mon’t Kiara.
The developer, Nusmetro, has obtained DBKL’s approval to construct a 51-storey office suites tower in Mon’t Kiara. The site is located in between Solaris Mon’t Kiara and La Grande condominium along Jalan Duta Kiara. The leasehold site, currently zoned for commercial usage, has 91 years lease remaining with its 99-year lease expiring on 8 June 2109. The proposed development will have 10-storey car park podium and 3 levels of basement car park, facilities floor at Level 11 and there will also be a “Sky Garden” at Level 33. The rest of the floors are designed for office suites. There will be some supporting F&Bs on the ground floor.
Nusmetro purchased the site from Idamanbay Sdn Bhd for RM52.89 (RM1,200 psf) in November 2016. The previous plan was to develop a 31-storey office building and the current plan has now changed to 51-storey.
Nusmetro is known for its Arte series development projects such as Arte S in Bukit Gambir Penang, Arte Subang West, Arte Kuchai Lama and Arte+ Jalan Ampang. They are also developing another project called Arte Mon’t Kiara in KL Metropolis, located just 800m away from the site.
