Bon Estates is planning to launch their second Klang Valley project located in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur in 2018.
The project, located on a 4.2 acres freehold commercial land, will have 3 blocks of 48-storey each, with a total of 858 units of serviced apartment. The project density is 204 units per acre. It will also have 18 units of strata shop office fronting Jalan Kiara 3.
The land was previously occupied by squatters and it has since been cleared. The land is a ‘C’ shape site surrounding a small landed scheme known as ‘Impian Villas’, and is adjacent to the proposed TWY2 by Symphony Life. The proposed Rumah Mampu Milik by UEM Sunrise is also located next to the site.
In July 2017, the developer held a feedback gathering event called ‘The Bloc Party” to gather and collect opinions and insightful perspectives that will finally shape the product.
